What size kites do you ride in Hel?

I'm about 77 Kilos and have a Best Yarga 13M.
Should I bring a 9M too? Or is that too small for August/September?
Would I need a 17M?

If you want to sit on the beach and watch others – take 13, but if not you definitely should figure out 17 even 20 sqm.
